Fall 2013 Wedding Season - Reservation Desk opens July 1, 2012!

For a farm wedding site-rental fee of $2,500, the farmstead's two barns and entire 4-acre Events Area (including parking for over 100 cars, 2-acre "Lake Fran", its bridge and trail) are yours.

 

NOTE: All farm wedding rentals end each day no later than 11 pm; no overnight stays are permitted.  For the benefit of our country neighbors, all music and amplified sounds must stop by 10:00pm. 

 

There's no rush. The events site is yours for an ideal country wedding from

 

  • 9:00a to 11:00pm on Friday before the ceremony for decoration, set-up, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner;
  • 9:00am to 11:00pm on the day of the wedding; and,
  • 1:00pm to 5:00pm on the following day for breakdown and clean-up.

 

The fee also includes (at your option):

  1. use of the farm for professional photography sessions to create engagement and pre-wedding portraits (but only by prior appointment)
  2. tractor, driver, and haywagon (seats 12 per trip) during the reception
  3. authentic 1920 Model T depot hack
  4. completely-restored, award-winning ("Best in Show") 1926 Model T truck (and driver) as the bride's "carriage"
  5. our private collection of accessories including:
    • eight (8) 6'rectangular tables,
    • four (4) 8' rectangular tables,
    • one (1) 5' round table,
    • three (3) 10'x10' commercial-grade tents
    • thirty-four (34) natural wooden folding chairs, and
    • five (5) trash cans

All we ask is that you set them up wherever you want them - and then return them to where they were stored - cleaned and ready for our next guests.

 

We require a $500 deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the fee 60 days in advance of the wedding date. Sorry, we don't accept credit/debit cards but will welcome check or cash.  In the event of a cancellation, we will refund all money you have paid if we are able to re-book the property for the same period and amount.

 

You will be personally responsible for any loss or damage to our property that occurs during the booking period.

 

Willow Pond Farmstead is a working farm with a range of other non-wedding activities occuring daily. We recognize that your pre-wedding visitations to the site are very important to you - and we want to be prepared for them. Accordingly, you are welcome to visit the site a reasonable number of times farm far wedding planning and pre-wedding photography sessions, BUT ONLY BY PRIOR APPOINTMENT made with us at least 24 hours in advance for a mutually agreeable time that will not exceed two hours. Please remember that this is our home and we are not open to the general public at any time.
