Intimate or large, Willow Pond Farmstead is an ideal place for a wedding in the country.  Guests appreciate our charm while your florists, caterers, photographers, DJ’s and officiants will appreciate our farm’s support facilities and easy access from the intersection of I-40 and I-95 (only 12 miles away).

Weddings are far too special to be rushed, and each is unique.  When you select us as the site for your most special day, we let you choose which of our many facilities will best suit your design.  The place is yours.

No matter where you decide to hold your ceremony and reception, two separated dressing areas will be available in our nearby 100-year-old home for exclusive use by members of the wedding party.

Every outdoor wedding needs a “rain plan.”  Ours includes two lakeside buildings.  One is a 55-year old heritage museum built over Lake Fran that comfortably seats 70; the other is a rustic barn that seats 100.  Occasionally, larger wedding parties place their own tent between these buildings.  Rain or shine, we’ll do whatever works for you.

There’s no rush.  For a Saturday wedding, the farmstead is yours from noon on Friday to 5:00pm on Sunday!

Our wedding rate is $2,000 and includes the exclusive use of our entire events area:

• from noon to 11:00pm the day before the ceremony for decoration, set-up, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner;

• from 9:00am to 11:00pm on the day of the wedding (however, for the benefit of our country neighbors, all amplified music must cease at 10:00pm); and,

• from 9:00am to 5:00pm on the following day for breakdown and clean-up.

The fee also includes your optional use of the Farmstead’s tractor and haywagon (seats 12 per trip) and the Farmstead’s completely-restored 1926 Model T (and driver) as the bride’s “carriage.”

We require a $500 deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the fee 60 days before the scheduled wedding date.  In the event of a cancellation, we will refund all money you have paid if we are able to re-book the property for the same amount and period.

You will be personally responsible for any loss or damage to our property that occurs during the booking period.
